A charmingly warm house, ready to accommodate 1-6 happy folks in the three upstairs bedrooms (two bedrooms with queens; one large bedroom with two oversized twin beds). Rental and payment conditions
Payment Policy
Full PayPal payment is made at the time of booking.
Refundable Damage Deposit
After guests leave, the guest house will be checked for any damages. If there is no damage to the house and its contents, the damage deposit will be refunded via PayPal; any damage will be documented and charged to the tenant accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of stay will be refunded 100%; cancellations 30 days of stay are refunded 80%; cancellations 14 days of stay are non-refundable.
